Admission Procedure
At Seetharam School, we welcome students who demonstrate a passion for
learning and personal growth. Our admission process is transparent, student-friendly,
and designed to ensure the right fit for both the student and the institution.
Step-by-Step Admission Process:
- 1. Enquiry & School Visit: Parents are encouraged
to visit the school campus. Our admissions team will provide a
detailed orientation about curriculum, facilities, and school
culture.
- 2. Application Form: Forms are available at the
office or downloadable online. Submit the filled form with necessary
documents.
- 3. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum age for Pre-KG/LKG
as per government norms. TC and past records needed for higher
classes.
- 4. Entrance Assessment (Grades I & Above): A basic
test and interaction will assess the child's academic level and
readiness.
- 5. Parent & Student Interaction: A short meeting to
understand the child’s needs and ensure a mutual fit.
- 6. Confirmation of Admission: Selected candidates
will be notified. Fees to be paid within the stipulated time.
- 7. Document Submission:
- Birth Certificate (Original & Copy)
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size Photos
- Aadhaar Card copy (Student & Parent)
- Address Proof
